What's Next?
Twenty years of doing some good in the neighborhood, and we're not done yet.
A New Chapter
ASF is winding down our operations as a 501(c)(3) charity, and will continue these efforts in the community without the challenges of operating a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Because, when an organization runs on friends in the community doing "good deeds", seeking donations or public funds is irrelevant, and gives us a lot more freedom to do bigger things in the community.
That is how it started in 2005, when a crew of Tampa Bay kiteboarders began looking out for each other and the beaches they rode. It is how it continues.

What stays the same. The crew, the community and the good deeds. Project Vet Jet continues as part of our Veteran Outreach programs, and the full 20-year archive stays right here on this site.
