Me & You Fitness Academy: Tina Tallman is a Physical Therapist Assistant and the driving force of ASF’s Adaptive Fitness training and workouts. She has been practicing PT for 20 years in a variety setting and has been working in Adaptive Medical Fitness for 6 years. Her clients are assessed individually to create a workout plan that suits their specific needs while working out in a group setting. The classes work on fitness, independence, socialization, strengthening, and overall confidence. Together we are providing over 240 adaptive fitness training opportunities per year to ASF supporters at Me & U Fitness Academy in Largo, Florida
