TBKA is our group for Tampa Bay area kiteboarders and dedicated to the preservation of access in the Tampa/ St. Petersburg, Florida area. If you are a local kiteboarder in Tampa Bay, please spread the word about our new page here on the ASF website.

- Defining instructor criteria/ qualifications (i.e. certification and insurance)
- Implementing basic guidelines for Fort Desoto Park and North Skyway Rest Area.
- Discussion of how to encourage compliance of these guidelines
