As many sports we love are in the water, ASF supporters care about things like improving water quality, reducing pollution, and keeping their favorite beaches and waterways clean and clear of debris. We regularly perform beach and coastal cleanups with our partners, and our growing list of affiliate clubs & associations are helping to expand ASF environmental action events throughout the Unites States.

Watersports such as kiteboarding, wakeskating, and wakeboarding are known to improve overall water quality by stimulating circulation and increasing oxygen levels in water. With the introduction of "cable parks" to the wakeboarding and waterski industry, the need for the traditional gas guzzling combustion boat motors is rapidly disappearing! If you're not familiar with what a cable park is, its a long cable runs between towers above a lake and provides continuous pull for wakeboard tricks, jumping ramps, and "sliders". Cable parks are popping up all over the country and, in turn expanding participation in watersports at a record pace, ASF proudly supports their efforts to "go green" in the action sports

industry. Interestingly enough, portable cable systems are now available- making almost any waterway a possibility for some wet and wild fun!

ASF hopes to inspire others to get involved within their own communities and help preserve the environment. Rewarding our volunteers is at the top of the list, because without the ASF Army, we do not exist.
